Stephen M. Ross is the Chairman and Founder of Related Companies, an international real estate firm that has developed over $22 billion in property and owns real estate assets valued at over $20 billion. Mr. Ross is also the owner of the NFL’s Miami Dolphins, a franchise that has become one of the most fan-friendly under his leadership.

In 2012, Mr.Ross partnered with Matt Higgins to found RSE Ventures, a multi-national technology, sports and entertainment venture firm. As the Chairman of RSE, Mr.Ross has overseen a number of initiatives including: an investment partnership with Gary Vaynerchuk, the incubation of five distinct businesses, and the creation of the International Champions Cup; a global pre-season soccer tournament. 

In addition to this, Mr.Ross serves as the Chairman of the Board of Directors of Equinox Holdings, Inc. and a trustee of Lincoln Center. He is also a trustee of New York-Presbyterian Hospital and the Guggenheim Foundation.

Throughout his career, Mr.Ross has received numerous awards and honors for his business, civic, and philanthropic activities. Most recently, he was named a New York Power Player by the New York Times, the Most Powerful Person in New York Real Estate by the New York Observer, Multi-Family Property Executive of the Year by Commercial Property News, and Housing Person of the Year by the National Housing Conference.

Mr.Ross graduated from the University of Michigan with a BA in Business Administration and later received his JD from Wayne State University Law School. In 2004, the University of Michigan honored Mr.Ross by renaming their business school to the Stephen M. Ross School of Business.

Matt Higgins serves as both the Vice Chairman of the Miami Dolphins and the CEO of RSE Ventures.

In 2012, with co-founder Stephen Ross, he launched RSE Ventures, an international sports, entertainment and technology venture firm. As CEO, he has founded several successful companies including Derris & Company and Catalyst Media Group. He is also one of the founders of the International Champions Cup, a global pre-season soccer tournament that was broadcasted to over 600 million households in 2014. In addition to building businesses, Higgins actively invests as a partner at Vayner/RSE, an early stage venture fund created in partnership with serial entrepreneur Gary Vaynerchuk.

Prior to RSE, Higgins worked as the EVP of Business Operations at the New York Jets where he transformed the team’s profile through social media and non-traditional brand extensions. He has also served as COO of the Lower Manhattan Development Corporation where he was responsible for helping lead the rebuilding effort of the World Trade Center site.

Matt is also a board member of Autism Speaks where he leads the MSSNG project, a partnership with Google that aims to demystify autism through genetic sequencing and open science. 

In 2008, Higgins was recognized in Sports Business Journal’s 40 Under 40 as one of the most outstanding executives in sports.

Margaret joined RSE from Tangram Advisors, which she operated for six years.  At Tangram she worked primarily with Board and executive management at media companies, such as Wolters Kluwer and Alliance Films, on business development, financing and operating initiatives.

Margaret was previously Vice President at D.B. Zwirn & Co., a global hedge fund where she executed private debt and equity investments across media sectors.  Prior to DBZ she was Director of Finance and Business Development at The Weinstein Company, where she developed the initial business plan and closed over $1 billion in financing.   Margaret joined TWC from The Walt Disney Company, where she was Manager of Deal Analysis at Miramax Films. Prior to this, Margaret was an Investment Associate for Odyssey Investment Partners, where she executed and managed majority-control private equity investments; Margaret served as a Board Observer at Dayton Superior Corp. and TransDigm Inc.  Margaret started her career as an Analyst in the investment banking division of Salomon Smith Barney. 

Margaret received her B.A. from Dartmouth College and her M.B.A. from Harvard University.

Abraham Rondina serves as the General Counsel of RSE Ventures. Prior to joining RSE in 2014, Mr. Rondina was a member of the Mergers and Acquisitions Group at Paul, Weiss, Rifkind, Wharton & Garrison LLP in New York, where he represented private equity funds and hedge funds in complex commercial transactions. Mr. Rondina began his career as a member of the Mergers and Acquisitions Group at Skadden, Arps, Slate, Meagher & Flom LLP in New York, where he represented public and private companies, investment banks, funds and other financial institutions in domestic and international mergers and acquisitions and capital markets transactions. Mr. Rondina graduated with Honors from the University of Chicago and holds a law degree from the University of Michigan Law School.

As Director Business Development, Kerry is responsible for sourcing, reviewing, and optimizing new business opportunities for RSE across all of its verticals. Kerry began his career in Mergers & Acquisitions advisory before working on the investing side of The Omnicom Group. Kerry holds an MBA from Wharton and degrees in Economics and Music from Washington and Lee University.

As Director of Business Development, Uday is responsible for sourcing reviewing and optimizing new business opportunities for RSE. Prior to his current role, Uday was the CEO at FanVision and now currently serves as a member of the board of directors. 

Uday spent several years at Goldman Sachs prior to his tenure at FanVision. Initially, as part of the Investment Banking Division, where he focused on Mergers & Acquisitions and financing advisory for Technology, Media and Telecom companies. Subsequently, Uday worked in the Principal Investment Area at Goldman, investing debt and equity through various structures. 

Uday holds a BBA from the Stephen M.Ross School of Business at the University of Michigan.

Daniel Sillman is Director of Business Development at RSE Ventures, a sports, media and entertainment investment firm founded by Stephen Ross and Matt Higgins. Sillman's primary focus is sourcing, structuring and executing on new investment opportunities at RSE.  Additionally, he holds responsibility for ongoing investment management of RSE portfolio companies that includes acting as a strategic advisor and serving as a Director on multiple boards.

Previously, Sillman founded and served as Chief Executive Officer of Compass Management Group, a multi-client family office focused on athletes and entertainers.   In 2016 Sillman sold Compass to the multi-family office group, FFO, where he serves as a partner and advisor to the founders. Sillman was determined to provide comprehensive financial planning services that catered to a wide variety of client needs. Under his leadership Compass focused on; the organization of personal business affairs, cash flow management, tax analysis, investment management, asset preservation and protection planning and oversight of private investments.

Sillman serves on the Board of Directors of Child Safe foundation, which is a foster care, adoption and mentoring agency working with neglected, abused and at-risk children.  He holds a B.B.A. from the University of Michigan, Ross School of Business.

Nick is responsible for sourcing investment opportunities, conducting due diligence, and supporting RSE's portfolio and operating companies. Prior to his current role, Nick was an Investment Associate at Lead Edge Capital, an NYC-based growth equity firm focused on global internet and software investing. He began his career on the International Equities desk at Goldman Sachs.

Nick holds a BA in Government from Dartmouth College, where he was co-captain of the Varsity Squash team.

Caroline is responsible for sourcing investment opportunities, conducting due diligence, and supporting RSE's portfolio and operating companies. Prior to her current role, Caroline was an Associate at Next Street Financial, a boutique advisory firm that provides financial and strategic planning services to small- and medium-sized businesses, enterprise nonprofits, and government entities. She began her career at Analysis Group, an economic consulting firm that provides economic, financial, and strategy consulting to law firms, corporations, and government agencies.

Caroline holds a BA in Economics and Environmental Studies with a certificate in Community Action and Public Policy from Connecticut College, where she played Varsity Ice Hockey and Lacrosse.

Jane Reiffe serves as the Director of Business Operations and Administration at RSE Ventures. Jane joins RSE from Magnetique, Inc. where she served as Chief of Staff and Director of Operations for the fashion startup.  Previously Jane held various positions of increasing responsibility with Izon Media where she managed the NYC office, served as the Executive Assistant to the Chief Sales Officer, and was the lead Events Producer for the company.  She brings over ten years of experience managing offices and business operations in Technology, Media, and Fashion to the organization.

Mina is responsible for all HR functions at RSE Ventures. Prior to joining RSE Ventures, Mina was the HR generalist for Bluewolf, an IBM Company. Additionally, Mina held HR positions at Neubeger Berman and Universal McCann. Mina holds a Bachelor's degree in Industrial and Labor Relations from Cornell University. In her spare time, Mina is an avid traveler and loves Japanese food.

Ljena Dedvukovic is the Controller for RSE Ventures. Ljena is responsible for the financial planning, bookclose operations, and oversees all financial transactions. Prior to joining RSE Ventures in 2014, she was the controller at Fanvision for two years. Ljena also worked for seven years as an accounting manager at CHIPS Solutions Inc., a technology procurement company. Ljena was responsible for all financial operations at CHIPS and oversaw numerous system implementations/process changes. Ljena holds a Bachelor’s degree in Marketing and a Post Baccalaureate certificate in Accounting.

Mary Anne joined RSE in 2015 as the Tax Director. Prior to RSE, she was employed at Veronis Suhler Stevenson. At VSS, Mary Anne was responsible for the tax compliance of the private equity and structure capital funds, which included tax issues arising from the funds’ acquisitions and dispositions. In this role, she worked with the finance team, outside tax advisors, portfolio companies and investors. 

Having moved into private equity from the public accounting side; her background includes performing extensive tax compliance and consulting for corporations, partnerships, and high-net worth individuals at both Anchin Block & Anchin and Ernst & Young in New York City. She came to New York from the Tax Transactions Services group of PwC in Boston. 

A Certified Public Accountant, Mary Anne received her BS degree in Accounting from Boston College and a Masters in Tax from Bentley College.
